PAYMENT & BOOKING

All Photo Services requires a minimum of 50% retainers upon booking which is non-refundable and the rest become due 48 hours before your session or event.

BOOKING PROCESS

After your initial consultation, a 50% retainer is due immediately after this consult, so as to secure your date.

SpicyInc Studio reserve the right to cancel any consult that they haven’t received a retainer on after 24 hours of consult or invoicing. Kindly click HERE to proceed your with your booking process or Contact US if you need more help.

IMPORTANT!

Please BOOK YOUR SESSION AHEAD! We encourage booking your shoots 2-3 weeks ahead. It’s not only to shoot, retouching quality images is a process. Unless you are paying for the Rush Services.

WARDROBE & PROPS

Props:

Our In-Studio Props consist of Backdrops or backgrounds, various Chairs, Throne Chairs, Stools, Vintage chests & Posing boxes, and some basic floral or planters. 

SpicyInc Studio does not provide cakes, balloons, or confetti .. Clients are allowed to bring any props they want to the studio for their shoot. If you require a specific set, we can build it, Pricing for a custom set starts at $300

Wardrobe:

Your clothing makes or mar your shoot. It’s important you take into consideration what you are wearing. What you wear for your shoot really set the tone and mood. You can consult us, we will be very much happy to help you with your wardrobe selection.

Clothing should be wrinkle-free, ironed or steamed and should coordinate.

Shoes should be carefully selected to match the outfits, if undecided, bring several pairs of shoes.

* No logo or large print clothing like cartoon characters, we will suggest solid color tops and bottoms or business attire for corporate clients.

While, we usually go over wardrobe details during your booking process. But If you are still undecided on what to wear, we suggest that you bring a selection of outfits, so that we can help with what we think we go best for your session or theme.

THE STUDIO PROGRESS

Do arrive Makeup and dressed ready for your shoot. 

There is limited space in the studio, and no extra guests/kids except the individual or individuals is been photographed, this prevents nervousness and distractions. Children should be monitored at all times. While your safety is our utmost concern, SpicyInc Studio will not be liable for any injury incurred on our premises due to negligence. We will accommodate extra helping hands to help you during your shoot but should be limited to one person at all times. 

There is a 5-10 minutes wait between each clothes/makeup change. If you need longer time to change your Makeup, you will be charged for the extra time incurred if you exceed schedule time.

No videos or anyone recording when in session. From time to time, We do a BTS. This can be shared with you after your session. This is to avoid distractions.

HAIR & MAKEUP

At the moment, we do not provide Makeup Services. So you should be hair and makeup ready for your session. Or we can honor an Hour of Makeup Session in the Studio.

Please note, that hair and makeup play a really crucial part in a Session. We encourage clients to get their hair and makeup professionally done and consult with a wardrobe stylist for looks if need be.

Ensure you keep the makeup very light, not too heavy, and ensure it matches your wardrobe and theme. And the hair and accessories match accordingly too.

Please NOTE: Your session time is only the time you reserved. And does not include extra Makeup time.

ONLINE GALLERY & FINAL SELECTION

Believe me, We know the feeling that you are eager to see your images, and we are equally super eager to share them with you too. Please do understand that it takes about 72 hours to process your images after your shoot. 

Once you receive your Online Gallery, you have 7 days to make your selections, and it will take about 5-10 business days from the day your selection is received for the Retoucher to complete your final order. However, there is a rush order option, do visit the pricing page for information should require a faster turnaround.

In your selection process, kindly adhere to the images as stated in your session package. If your session comes with 5 images. Do select as such, if you select more than you are supposed to, your images won’t be processed till you make the appropriate selection or pay for an add-on edited image which is $30 for a single individual and up to $100 for groups.

RETOUCHING & RESHOOTING

Basic Retouching is included with all our sessions! Should you need more editing done, do let us know, we can take care of your request at an additional charge.

Clients get two free corrections, should in case they don’t like anything in particular about their finished images. Afterward, any revised edit is $20.

RE-SHOOT

In the unlikely event that the Client is completely dissatisfied with the final results based solely on their personal preference such as hair, makeup, or clothes, SpicyInc Studio will reshoot the session at the original session cost. The Client is then able to order digital files from the second portrait session only. In the unlikely event that the finished product from a portrait session is unusable due to technical problems (camera or card failure etc), SpicyInc Studio will re-shoot at no additional charge.

TRAVEL FEES:

If you are requiring an home service or outside location shoot please understand that additional travel & logistic fees may apply.
